Simply email us at shop@poshhead.ink with the idea, example pics, colors and design files (logo/image). Be sure to include anything that will help us understand your vision. We will review your info to ensure that we have the stock and ability to complete your request. Once we confirm via email that we are able to create your item, you will use this listing to move forward and make your purchase.
STEPS:
1) Email shop at shop@poshhead.ink Be sure to include any example pics for inspiration including images, colors, style etc. 2) Wait for confirmation on ability to complete your request - Once your order is accepted, complete your purchase. 3) Go to the "Custom Tumbler Design - Epoxy" listing and select the cup size you are requesting. Add to cart and checkout.
Please be advised that some custom designs may require an extended processing time based on difficulty and level of detail.
Seeing as how these are hand made items slight imperfections may occur. However, this only adds to their individuality and charm!

Handle with care. Once you receive your personalized cup please make sure to follow a few simple steps to ensure you are able to enjoy your items for years to come!
* Hand wash ONLY - non abrasive sponge
* Do not soak
* Avoid extreme heat - do not leave in hot car
* NOT dishwasher safe
* NOT microwave safe
* Do not drop
SPECIAL REQUEST - EXPEDITE
If you need your item prior to the current 3-4 week processing time please make sure to add the "Special Request - Expedite" listing to your order. This will push your order to the front of the line in order for us to prioritize your order and get it out to you sooner. Please keep in mind that regardless each cup takes about a week of production time and a week to fully cure prior to shipping - this turn around will be about 2 weeks.
* Expedited orders will be shipped in about 2 weeks opposed to the current 3-4 weeks time frame
* Specify date of special occasion or need by date in the personalization field
